Do you cover every municipality around the lake?
We cover Castiglione del Lago, Tuoro, Passignano, Magione, Panicale and Paciano. For other municipalities around the lake we assess case by case: none is more than 40 minutes from us.
Does a lakeside house need more visits?
Often, yes, in winter: the damp calls for more frequent airing. For a house near the shore, closed from October to May, we recommend at least the Continuativo plan, with two visits a month.
Can you organise the olive harvest?
Yes. We coordinate the harvest with whoever looks after the grove and book the pressing at the mill in your name; the oil is yours, and so are the invoices.
