Where we work
One hour's drive, no more.
Supervising a house cannot be done remotely. We work where we can be within an hour of Castiglione del Lago: it is a choice, not a limit.

Minutes by car in normal conditions. For houses more than 50 km away, Property Care carries a supplement of €30 a month.
Why a short radius
Physical presence does not scale.
A storm at six in the evening, a boiler locked out in January, a supplier to accompany: the difference is made by someone who can be there within an hour. That is what makes Property Care a service rather than a promise.
That is why we do not stretch our area to win new clients. If your house is outside the radius, we tell you and, where possible, refer you to someone we trust.
Is your house in one of these areas?
Tell us about it in a few lines.
