For an important occasion, someone who chooses on your side.
Weddings, anniversaries, family gatherings, company retreats between Lake Trasimeno and Val d'Orcia. We search for and verify the venue, select the professionals and negotiate in your name. The contracts are yours, invoices come to you, our fee is fixed.
Why it matters who pays
In events, the commission is customary.
It is common practice for whoever proposes a villa, a caterer or a photographer to receive a percentage of the quote from the supplier, built into the price you pay. It is not unlawful, but it means the person advising you earns more when you spend more, and when they pick certain suppliers over others.
We receive nothing from venues or professionals. Our fee is fixed, set before we start, and does not grow with your budget.

What we do
From the first idea to the week of the event.

The brief
Date, number of guests, how many sleep on site, overall budget, style, constraints. A shared document from which every choice follows.

The venue search
Three to five venues verified in person: real capacities, supplier access, power, water, music curfews, rain plan, nearby accommodation.
- 03
The visits
We accompany you to the shortlisted venues at the hour the event will take place, to see the real light and walk the real distances.
- 04
The professionals
Caterer or chef, photographer and video, flowers and styling, music, rentals, transfers, hair and make-up. Two or three candidates per role.
- 05
Negotiation and contracts
We negotiate terms, penalties and payment schedules in your name. We review contracts from an operational standpoint before you sign.
- 06
The handover
Programme, contacts, venue technical sheet and updated budget for the day coordinator you have chosen, or whom we recommend.

Vow renewals
A few guests, a terrace at sunset, dinner in the garden. Often you don't need an agency: you need the right house and the right professionals.
Anniversaries and milestone birthdays
A week with the extended family, a chef for two evenings, a winery for a private tasting.
Family gatherings
Houses with separate annexes, so each family has its own door and everyone the same table.
Company retreats
Space to work, reliable connection, dinner in a cellar. No neighbours, no hotel.
Productions and photo shoots
Private locations, any permits to check with the municipality, crew access and a point of reference on site.

Not included
- Directing the day. We refer you to a coordinator, who invoices you directly.
- Creative design and styling. Handled by the professionals you choose.
- Packages with accommodation and transport. We do not sell travel services: every supplier invoices you.
- Your money. We do not collect deposits or balances.
- Legal advice on contracts. We review them operationally; for the legal side, your lawyer.
Fees
A fixed fee, whatever the budget.
The fee depends on the number of guests, because the number of professionals to coordinate grows. It does not depend on how much you spend. We quote it in writing after the first meeting, before any commitment.

Venue searchOn quotationBrief, 3–5 venues verified in person, up to 3 accompanied visits, comparative dossier. Fully credited if you continue with representation within 60 days.
Event representationOn quotationVenue and professionals, negotiation, contracts in your name, budget, handover. A fixed fee based on the number of guests, agreed in writing before the mandate.

Payment: 40% on signing the mandate, 40% on signing the venue contract, 20% in the week of the event. Final prices, no VAT applied (Italian flat-rate regime). Travel outside our area, if requested, is agreed in advance.
Questions
Questions about occasions.
Are you wedding planners?
Not in the usual sense. We represent you in choosing venues and professionals and in the negotiation, for a fixed fee and without commissions. We do not direct the day or handle creative design; if you need them, we refer you to people who do.
Why don't you take commissions from venues?
Because we represent you. If the venue paid us, we would be representing it too. Our fee is the only payment we receive.
Can we use our own suppliers?
Of course. We can represent you for the venue only, or coordinate suppliers you have already chosen. The scope is decided in the mandate.
How far ahead should we contact you?
For a wedding in high season, May to September, ideally 10–14 months ahead. For smaller occasions three or four months is often enough.
Do you handle civil weddings for foreign nationals?
We point you to the registry office of the chosen municipality and the required documents, which vary by nationality. For consular formalities and sworn translations we put you in touch with qualified professionals.
Where do you search for venues?
Between Lake Trasimeno, Val di Chiana, Val d'Orcia and the Perugia area. We can consider venues further away, with travel costs agreed in advance.
