Who receives it
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland) — website and email hosting. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision.
- FormSubmit (United States) — forwards form data to our inbox. The transfer to the United States takes place because it is necessary to act on the request you send us (Art. 49.1.b GDPR).
- WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. — only if you choose to write to us on WhatsApp. The service is provided by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy; we use the conversation only to reply to you.
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC — only with your consent: Google Analytics 4 receives browsing data (pages visited, duration, source, device and browser, truncated IP address). Google acts as processor; any transfers to the United States rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google LLC adheres, and on Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Our accountant, for accounting obligations only.
- Local tradespeople, technicians, suppliers and professionals, only as needed to perform a mandate and according to your instructions.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
How it is kept
Data is stored by the controller on password-protected devices with full-disk encryption and backups. Keys and access codes are kept separately from the data that would link them to the property. No external collaborator has access to the archives.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior processing. Simply write to private@tailorlyheritage.com: we reply within thirty days.
If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome — garanteprivacy.it, or with the authority of your country of residence.
If you do not provide data, and automated decisions
Mandatory form fields are needed to reply to you; the telephone number is optional. There are no automated decisions: every message is read by a person.
Terms of the mandate
Who we are
Tailorly Heritage is the trade name of Soufiane Belaid, sole professional under the Italian flat-rate regime, VAT IT04047010543. Profession not organised in a professional order, practised under Italian Law no. 4 of 14 January 2013.
Nature of the relationship
We act under a mandate with power of representation (Articles 1703 and 1704 of the Italian Civil Code): in the name and on behalf of the client towards suppliers, tradespeople, technicians, venues and professionals, within the scope and spending threshold set out in writing in each mandate.
How the relationship begins
A relationship begins only when a written mandate is signed, including by electronic signature. Contracts cannot be concluded on this site: the forms are for requesting a contact or a quote and bind neither party. The site's content is not an offer to the public. Not every request leads to a mandate.
Fees
The fee is fixed, agreed in writing before work begins, and does not depend on the amount spent. Fees for ongoing services are published on the site; fees for events and bespoke assignments are set out in a written quote. Prices are final: no VAT is applied under Article 1, paragraphs 54–89, of Italian Law 190/2014 (flat-rate regime); any stamp duty is borne by us. Invoices are issued electronically.
We receive no commissions, fees or kickbacks from suppliers, tradespeople, venues, wineries or agencies.
The client's money
We do not collect, advance or re-invoice any expenses on the client's behalf. Suppliers and professionals invoice the client directly, and the client pays them directly. Any spending commitment above the threshold set in the mandate requires your written approval.
What the mandate does not cover
- We are not a travel agency or tour operator and do not sell package travel: bookings and services are in your name and invoiced directly to you.
- We do not act as real-estate brokers or manage short-term rentals.
- The Preliminary Property Dossier is not a technical survey or a planning or land-registry compliance check, which are reserved to a qualified technician; it contains no valuation.
- We do not provide legal, tax, financial or insurance advice, nor day-of event direction. Where needed, we refer you to qualified professionals, with no return for us.
Consumer right of withdrawal
If you act as a consumer and the mandate is concluded at a distance or off-premises, you may withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days of signing (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005) by writing to private@tailorlyheritage.com; the withdrawal form is provided with the mandate. If you expressly ask for the service to begin before that period ends, on withdrawal you owe only the amount proportionate to what has already been provided (Article 57); once the service has been fully performed with your express consent, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (Article 59).
Term, revocation, liability
Term, renewal and revocation are set out in each mandate, within Articles 1722–1727 of the Italian Civil Code and consumer protection rules. We are responsible for diligence in selecting, coordinating and checking suppliers; the actual performance of works and services remains the responsibility of the suppliers, with whom the client has a direct relationship by virtue of the representation.
Intellectual property
Texts, images and materials on the site belong to Tailorly Heritage or are used under licence; the home page image is an original illustration. They may not be reproduced without written permission.
Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction
Send any complaint to private@tailorlyheritage.com: we reply within fifteen working days. Italian law applies. For consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction (Article 66-bis of the Italian Consumer Code), and consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution bodies provided for in Articles 141 et seq. In all other cases the courts of Perugia have jurisdiction.
Cookies and external resources
On your first visit
A banner offers two equally prominent choices: accept traffic measurement or refuse it. Until you choose, no measurement tool is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. Refusing does not limit your use of the site. Your choice is kept for twelve months if you accept and six months if you refuse; you will then be asked again.
Technical cookies and storage
Necessary for the site to work; they do not require consent (Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code).
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| th_consent | Stores your banner choice | 6–12 months |
| th_intro (browser session storage) | Avoids repeating the opening animation during the same visit | Until the browser is closed |
Measurement cookies — only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to learn how many people visit the site, which pages they read and which requests succeed. We do not use them for advertising and do not combine this data with form data; advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Distinguishes visitors | 2 years | |
| _ga_<ID> | Maintains session state | 2 years |
Google keeps the data for 14 months. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
External resources
The site's fonts, images and scripts are served from our own hosting: pages request no resources from third-party servers. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps open external services only when you click them, under their own policies. The Journal and Discoveries pages, which are being updated, still load fonts from Google Fonts: the request sets no cookies but sends your IP address to Google.
Changing your mind
You can change your choice at any time from the link at the bottom of every page. Every browser also lets you view, block or delete cookies in its settings.
