Do you look after apartments in central Perugia?
Yes. For an apartment the Essenziale plan is often enough; we keep in touch with the building administrator and coordinate access in the limited-traffic zone.
Can you attend the building meeting on my behalf?
We can attend with a written proxy, within the limits set by law and the building regulations, and report back in writing. Voting decisions remain yours: we agree them beforehand.
